A locally owned independent book store, Clues Unlimited specializes in the mystery genres. They stock more than 10,500 titles, ranging from new releases to hard-to-find classics to collectors' editions and signed firsts. Much of what lines the shelves here isn't available in any other store in the state, and what they don't have they'll order. Sophie the potbellied pig is the amiable store mascot, so loved in fact that the owners donate 20% of the sales of all pig-related books to Pigs*A*Lot, Tucson's potbellied pig rescue and sanctuary facility. The store's calendar is chock-full of readings and book signings, too. |
